Return and Refund Policy
RETURN GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day return guarantee. However, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that Aerique will charge a 50% restocking fee for any returns that are shipped back to us without the original packaging or with missing parts.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will then advise you if your return is approved or rejected.
Your returned item/s will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once we have received them, we will assess the problem and advise you of the outcome. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your authorised refund, please first check with your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
EXCHANGES
We will only replace items (where necessary) if they are defective.
Please send us an email at contact@aerique.com.au to advise us of any problem, and we will endeavour to help you out.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for something which is not warranty-related, you will bear the cost of return shipping, and it will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it's not traceable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you have noticed that you made a mistake in your order, please contact us within 3 hours via email at contact@aerique.com.au.
If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order, including changes to address or delivery destination, as it is out of our control and with our couriers.
