SHIPPING POLICY
All goods are dispatched from Sydney, NSW and are delivered by Australia Post.
We recognise the importance of ensuring your order reaches you quickly and conveniently. However, please bear in mind that during the holiday period, this may take longer than expected. We endeavour to ship your item/s within 1-2 days of placing your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note our couriers do not process orders on the weekend.

Australia and New Zealand
Standard Shipping: 2-12 days
Please note that delivery can take longer to WA, remote and regional areas. We rely on our delivery partner to successfully deliver within their recommended service time frames.
U.S.A.
Standard Shipping: 5-9 days
Philippines
Standard Shipping: 10-18 days
Processing Times:
Orders can sometimes take 1-2 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you have not received a tracking number or if your tracking number is not providing you with the information you need for some reason, please send us an email at contact@aerique.com.au, and we will be happy to assist you with the information you need.
Delivery Delays:
Please note that we are working as fast as we can to try to meet all delivery times, but sometimes there may be delays beyond our control. This can occur for a number of reasons, including, but not limited to, delays caused by high courier volumes during the holidays, logistics issues, or bad weather. However, we will do our best to keep you updated.
