Please note our couriers do not process orders on the weekend.

Orders can sometimes take 1-2 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, it's okay. Contact us and we’ll fix it!

Delivery Delays

Please note that we are working as fast as we can to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays beyond our control.

This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to high volume courier delays during the holidays, logistics or bad weather. However, we will do our best to keep you updated as much as possible.
