We guarantee your satisfaction with all our products for 30 days.

To return your order, contact us at contact@aerique.com.au within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition, in line with our hygiene protocols. Proof of purchase is required for refunds.


Order Cancellation
If you have noticed you made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 3 hours via email at contact@aerique.com.au

If your order has already been dispatched unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order, address or delivery destination as it is out of our control and with our couriers.

Returns
Our return policy time frame is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There will be no restocking fee but customer will be responsible to cover return shipping cost .

Defective Products
Within 7 days after you receive your product, if you find that it is broken, defective, or not as it should be, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. 

We do not offer refunds & returns for any accidental damage, electronic breakdown/failures past this 7 day mark when you receive your product.

We might ask for some evidence to provide the defect. We will try our best to assist you as best as we can.

Refunds
If you have received a product that does not match your expectations due manufacturing faults, we will aim to replace it. If you do not want a replacement, we will refund you in full for the amount you have paid for.
